Usher and Greeter Training

Ushers and greeters are the face of your synagogue and the first point of contact for congregants and visitors.

This specialized, one-hour training module bridges the gap between creating a welcoming atmosphere and actively deterring and detecting threats.

  • Equips ushers, greeters and staff with the practical tools to develop a security presence without sacrificing a warm welcome.
  • Features interactive exercises focused on detecting pre-threat indicators and managing access control at primary points of entry.
